Jesus’s plea for Christian unity still has us scrambling. And amid all this, we still ask the same questions as it relates to the beloved community. First, we find out who we are: we ask if we are really loved; and finally, where do I belong? Here in the beloved community we find belonging and it is hard to belong, alone.
