St. Augustine's Chapel at Vanderbilt

Mar 9, 2020

Love is the deepest thing you know. It is the deepest roots of faith that ground everything else to bloom. We have to have deep roots. The things are are afraid to say, or ask, are the deepest things. Nicodemus has to go at midnight to whisper these deep questions to our Lord. He is longing for the deep because he is wrestling. Jesus reminds Nicodemus that the deepest truth is love, it is the deepest desire of our lives, and it is woven into us. Sermon begins at 15:00.
